Are Infiniti door lights the same as Infiniti puddle lights?+
Yes — “Infiniti door lights” and “Infiniti puddle lights” refer to the same product. Both describe the LED projector bulb that fits into the door panel socket at the lower edge of the door and projects the Infiniti logo onto the ground when the door opens. The terms are used interchangeably by Infiniti owners.
Which Infiniti models are compatible with door lights?+
Our Infiniti door lights are compatible with the following models: Q50 (2014–2024), Q60 (2017–2024), QX60 (2013–2024), QX50 (2019–2024), QX80 (2014–2024), Q70 (2014–2019) and QX30 (2016–2019). Older Infiniti models produced before 2013 may not have the factory door socket required for these lights. Before ordering, check the lower edge of your door panel for a small circular light socket. Do Infiniti door lights require drilling or coding?+
No drilling, no wiring and no coding required. Our Infiniti door lights are a direct plug-and-play replacement for the factory door socket bulb. Remove the original bulb using the included removal tool, insert the LED projector with the lens facing downward, push the socket back in and twist to lock. The light activates automatically when the door opens — no dealer visit and no ECU configuration needed. Installation takes under 5 minutes per door.
What is the difference between the Infiniti door light products in this collection?+
This collection includes 5 Infiniti door light variants — each uses the same plug-and-play socket installation but differs in the logo design projected. Options include the standard Infiniti logo, the Infiniti Q logo, HD high-definition versions with enhanced clarity, and ground projection versions optimised for different lighting conditions. Check each product page for the exact logo design and specification before ordering.
Why does my Infiniti already have a door light but no logo?+
Most Infiniti models come with a factory door light that provides a plain white puddle of light for ground visibility — but without any logo projection. Our LED door lights replace this plain bulb with a logo projector that casts the Infiniti badge onto the ground in its place. The installation is identical — simply swap the factory bulb for our projector bulb in the same socket.
Are Infiniti door lights waterproof?+
Yes. All our Infiniti door lights carry an IP67 waterproof rating — fully sealed against rain, snow and car washes. The quartz glass lens is also scratch-resistant and does not yellow or degrade over time, unlike cheaper PMMA or film chip alternatives. Your Infiniti logo projection will remain sharp and vivid for the full life of the vehicle.
